We are looking for 

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic SDR Team Lead (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

 

Your role in BizAway

  • Lead a small team of SDRs operating in the Italian market
  • Contribute to personal and professional growth to team members, providing individual coaching and training
  • Personally run outbound campaigns via email,phone, and other touchpoints to close qualified meetings (Team Leads carry a personal quota)
  • Present our solution to a range of people (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.)
  • Work with the Sales Executive and the Whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
  • Define Quarterly OKRs with the Sales Development Manager
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.

Your basic qualifications

  • You have a native level of Italian and good level of English
  • You have at least 2 years of ecperience in SAAS/B2B sales, 1 of which in a leadership position
  • Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to learn something new every day
  • Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistake
  • Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
