We are looking for
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic SDR Team Lead (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
- Lead a small team of SDRs operating in the Italian market
- Contribute to personal and professional growth to team members, providing individual coaching and training
- Personally run outbound campaigns via email,phone, and other touchpoints to close qualified meetings (Team Leads carry a personal quota)
- Present our solution to a range of people (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.)
- Work with the Sales Executive and the Whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
- Define Quarterly OKRs with the Sales Development Manager
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
Your basic qualifications
- You have a native level of Italian and good level of English
- You have at least 2 years of ecperience in SAAS/B2B sales, 1 of which in a leadership position
- Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to learn something new every day
- Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistake
- Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
