We are looking for:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Travel Agent - Group Sales Consultant  (m/w/d), Italian and Spanish
Speaking (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of BizAway.

Your role in BizAway : 

  • Create group and individual reservations and accurately input data
  • Manage a group booking throughout all stages.
  • Negotiate best fares with suppliers as well as flexible terms and conditions
  • Proactively manage overbooking, reallocations, and any other situation that may
  • occur during a trip;
  • Work towards deadlines.
  • Working with all Team Service to provide a quality and customized service based on
  • the needs of each customer

Your basic qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Spanish and Italian;
  • Proven experience in the travel industry, specifically booking and ticketing group travel
  • GDS Experience
  • Excellent fare and ticketing knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience in the air/travel industry
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the main concept of the Travel Industry.
  • Exceptionally high levels of motivation, working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a target-based environment and to achieve sales goals and objectives.


We are also interested in

  • Knowledge of GDS system and travel provider for Hotel, Car, and Train;
  • Knowledge of an additional language between French and German;
  • Experience in the Tourism and travel industry;
  • Experience in Corporate Customer Service.
