We are looking for 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist (m/w/d) specializing in Recruiting and People Operations to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while also overseeing various aspects of people operations, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and hands-on HR expertise.

Your role in BizAway

  • Manage employee relations and HR operations, including:
    • Serving as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
    • Conducting investigations and resolving workplace conflicts in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
    • In coordination with the Head of People and the People department, develop and implement policies, procedures and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
    • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Lead the Recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, including:
    • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Managing the candidate experience from the first interview to the onboarding.
    • Utilizing various recruitment channels to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Conducting thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices, including:
    • Identifying opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and improve HR operational efficiency.
    • Designing and implementing engagement initiatives and activities for the local team

Your basic qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years professional experience in a similar role.
  • Deep knowledge of local labor law.
  • Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, and in selections for Technical profiles  and Sales professionals 
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms; experience with HR analytics tools is a plus.
  • Very good English and strong communication skills. Italian is a plus.
