We are looking for 

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Operations Analyst (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway

  • Lead Generation Process Support in coordination with Sales Ops Manager & Team Leaders
  • Management & Administration of the CRM and all commercial tools
  • Create and Analyze sales reports to deliver to different stakeholders (internal and external) maintaining data accuracy and easy accessibility.
  • Sales Process Analysis in order to identify opportunities of improvement and efficiency
  • Documentation of Sales Operations Guide, explaining CRM Best practices adn documentation of Active Flows and automation
  • Give support to the whole Sales team through internal requests (ticket management) and identify common requests.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Sales Operations Manager

Your basic qualifications

  • High level of English, both written and spoken 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Analyst/Sales Operations/Operations
  • Experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and Data Visualization Tools
  • Proficiency in Excel: ideally you can use Excel without a mouse :)
  • Strong analytical skills and good communication with different stakeholders
  • Creation and expertise creating Reports & Dashboards and show the information in an user friendly way

We are also interested in

  • Previous experience in SAAS Sales / CRM Management / SAP Management and Data Visualization tools are a plus
  • Familiarity with Coding/ Low-code/AI/ Data analysis tools
