We are looking for 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our HR team in Tirana. This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn about the end-to-end recruitment process while contributing to our efforts to attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition.

Your role in BizAway

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including:
  • Posting job openings on various platforms and channels.
  • Screening resumes..
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates.
  • Keeping the candidates' pileline clean and up-to-date.
  • Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Report to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader 
  • Utilize social media and other networking tools to identify potential candidates and build a talent pipeline.
  • Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment activities.
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Your basic qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, specifically in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Albanian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is preferred but not required.
