We are looking for:

 

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Backend Engineer / API Expert (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Product Team and to the development of our Enterprise API module.

 

Your role in BizAway:

 

  • Work in our Enterprise API team, designing, developing and maintaining our E-API module 

  • Develop new features that improve the usage of the tool, matching high standards of service. 

  • Troubleshoot, Identify system bottleneck, perform impact analysis before engineering. 

  • Participate to maintain API Gateway 

  • Write and review API documentation. 

  • Develop integration plans in alignment with internal needs.

  • Oversee integrations and support business goals 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process

 

Your basic qualifications:

  • Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of API design principles, including versioning, authentication, authorization, and best practices for API documentation. 
  • Knowledge of OpenAPI standard 
  • Experience in one of these frameworks: Fastify and/or Express
