We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Global Finance Controller (m/w/d), based in our office in Barcelona, who wants to contribute to the growth and success of our Company. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Your role in BizAway

• Financial controlling: Ensure a smooth monthly and annual closing, consolidated and country
  level scenario, in accordance with financial standards (i.e.: local GAAP and IFRS)
• Risk management: Identify and mitigate financial and fiscal risk across different countries and
  business units
• Financial reporting and analysis: Oversee the preparation and analysis of Financial Statements,
  supporting CFO in Board Pack deliverable, Ad-hoc analysis
• Budget, forecast and analysis: Assist FP&A, business controlling, and treasury areas with information needed to perform Budget and Forecasting processes, including ad-hoc analysis required by management
• Team organization: Manage and develop a team in different countries
• Process improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and
  systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy

You have

• 8-10+ of total work experience, including consulting, auditing, and accounting in a Multinational company, with 3+ years’ experience in a large, growing, technology-driven industry with an international footprint
• Advance working knowledge in manipulating and presenting quantitative data
• English proficiency
• Proven experience with ERP rollouts across countries (NetSuite will be a plus)
• Strong analytical skills, goal-oriented, and teamwork
• Hands-on and autonomous, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Advance accounting and finance knowledge
• Ability to influence stakeholders to help achieve your goals
• An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude
